The formula of this eyeliner is true to its name. Once the gel liner is applied, no budge, no smudge! Its creamy texture can easily be applied with a regular eyeliner brush or with an angled brush. This product also makes a great base for glitter and pigments since the texture is thick and creamy and will hold loose products in place without a problem. Available in two intense shades; Burnt Granite and Rich Eggplant.
