With a commitment to creating nourishing effective products that contain no toxic ingredients or artificial preservatives, Scentimental Creations lives up to that philosophy, using only ingredients that come from the earth and are carefully sourced for purity as well as quality. 1. Currency: orders are billed in Canadian dollars.
2. Minimum order: due to limited capacity, only orders totaling $25 or greater
(before applicable taxes) will be accepted.
Taxes
- Orders shipped within British Columbia are subject to 7% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) as well as 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- All other orders are subject to 5% GST only.
- Taxes are applicable on shipping.

- All orders are subject to a flat rate postage/handling charge.
- Canada: 3-5 business days
- US: 7-8 days
- International: 14-20 days
- Free Shipping Bonus: free (regular) shipping for orders exceeding $200.00 before applicable taxes.
- Rush orders: For an additional fee, orders can be expedited for delivery within 2-3 days.
5. All orders will be confirmed by email and attached receipt.
6. Delivery Dates: Products are made in small batches to ensure freshness, therefore some orders may take up to two weeks to be delivered if supply is not able to keep up with demand. You will be notified if delivery will be delayed more than two weeks.
Return Policy
Our delicate products are subject to high temperatures and may melt if left in a delivery truck or mailbox for an extended period of time. Therefore, Scentimental Creations cannot guarantee the delivery condition during the summer months, nor can we refund, or reship an order that has melted. Please arrange shipping of your package to a workplace, or an address where someone will be available to accept delivery on your behalf.
